Vikassheel Insaan Party chief Mukesh Sahni’s father Jitan Sahni has been murdered. His body was found in a mutilated condition at his residence in Ghanshyampur police station area in Biraul of Darbhanga district on Tuesday morning. There was a stir in the area after the incident. A crowd of people gathered around. People say that the criminals have killed him by attacking with a sharp weapon. All the items are scattered in the house. Here, on receiving the information, the police reached the spot and started investigating. The FSL team has been called. SDPO Manish Chandra Chaudhary started investigating the case. Shortly after this, the state government announced the formation of SIT, handing over the command of the investigation to IPS Kamya Mishra.
Mukesh Sahni was not at home
Mukesh Sahni, the chief of VIP, a constituent party of the Mahagathbandhan, got information about his father’s murder from others. He was at his workplace in Mumbai, where he was informed about this over a call. Hurt by the incident, Mukesh Sahni has left for Darbhanga from Mumbai.
